During the meeting, which was held in Dubai, Al Hamli and Al Mansouri discussed the objectives, competencies, and tasks with which the Council is entrusted. The most important of these is the formulation of strategic directions for the development of human resources for Emiratis in the private sector, the development of strategic plans and action plans, as well as proposing and reviewing policies and laws that ensure the achievement of the desired goals from the establishment of the council or that affect the development of Emirati human resources in the private sector.

His Excellency Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli said that the establishment of Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai once again reflects the support and care of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, for the Emiratisation file.

He pointed out that the follow-up and directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council, and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, contribute effectively to supporting this vital file.
