MoHRE praises government and private sector partners for contributions towards enhancing labour market competitiveness

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) commended its partners in the government and private sectors for their contributions towards the success of its labour market programmes, policies, and initiatives, as well as their leading role in enhancing its global competitiveness.

The Ministry honoured its strategic partners in a ceremony held in Dubai and attended by His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, along with leading MoHRE officials and representatives from various government and private sector entities.

In a speech during the ceremony, H.E. Al Awar stressed that the cooperation between the Ministry and its strategic partners reflects the wise leadership’s vision to integrate roles and strengthen joint efforts among various entities across the public and private sectors. “This vision has become a key component of the UAE’s work culture, under the exceptional leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE,” H.E. noted.

Minister Al Awar went on to explain that the notable achievements made in the labour market are the result of close collaboration between the Ministry and its partners. “The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation is committed to developing these partnerships, in line with its vision to boost labour market competitiveness, empower citizens, and attract global talents,” H.E. said. “To achieve these objectives, the Ministry has set strategic goals, most notably to enhance the efficiency, flexibility, and attractiveness of the UAE labour market, in addition to boosting business performance and workers’ wellbeing, while providing efficient services and a robust digital infrastructure, among other goals.”
