MOHRE celebrates National Day with activities reflecting feelings of loyalty and belonging to leadership and homeland
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) on Wednesday celebrated the 48th National Day at its headquarters in Dubai by carrying out various activities that reflected national pride, sense of belonging and loyalty to the wise leadership and values of tolerance prevailing in the UAE society.
The ceremony was attended by H.E. Saif Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary for Human Resources Affairs at MOHRE, H.E. Mona Waleed, Acting Undersecretary for Emiratisation Affairs, MOHRE senior officials and employees and a number of customers.
Marking this national event, the MOHRE leaders and employees extended the sincerest greetings and expressed their loyalty to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates.
The attendees interacted with the festive activities, which featured various entertaining programs including the Youla Group, heritage songs and a section for popular dishes. The celebration programs also included a number of activities, raffles and entertaining and cultural competitions, during which folkloric shows and national songs were performed by several popular bands.
The celebrations shed light on the UAE process of development over the years as well as the UAE lifestyle, heritage and culture.
