Upgraded Version of ‘Tadbeer’ App Launched
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE), in cooperation with E11, launched an upgraded version of the smart application “Tadbeer” through which service centers “Tadbeer” provide all services related to domestic workers at any time and place to ensure customers’ convenience.
The app is available in both Google’s Play Store and Apple Store. It allows customers to select domestic workers as appropriate for them in terms of nationality, age, years of experience and other option that meet customers’ needs for domestic workers of 19 different categories.
The app allows the customer to view all Tadbeer service centers across the UAE, with determining the geographical location of each center. It also enables customers to view packages and offers provided by the centers and the features of each package.
The app also allows users to view the resumes of the domestic workers in each center and an introductory video about them, as well as the possibility of having an interview with the selected worker.
The app also provides the ability to view and sign work contracts, as well as view all required documents and fees for each service, in addition to allowing customers to evaluate the center and the services it provides.
