Open day for recruiting nationals in the private sector in Al Dhafra region

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation will organize an open day on Monday 22 April to recruit Emirati men and women seeking employment in the Dhafra region as part of the Emiratisation Acceleration Initiative in the Dhafra region of Abu Dhabi Emirate, following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to create at least 10,000 jobs for citizens in the private and government sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation will organize an open day on Monday 22 April to recruit Emirati men and women seeking employment in the Dhafra region as part of the Emiratisation Acceleration Initiative in the Dhafra region of Abu Dhabi Emirate, following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to create at least 10,000 jobs for citizens in the private and government sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
 
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra region, the initiative aims to recruit 1,000 nationals.
 
“About 29 companies operating in different economic sectors will provide over 700 job opportunities during the open day, which will be held at the Zayed City Men’s Wedding Hall in Al Dhafra region,” said Farida Al Ali, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
 
She called on nationals to take part in the open day during which the recruitment officials of the participating companies will conduct direct job interviews with job seekers, which will enhance their access to jobs offered by companies by receiving job offers or contracts on the spot."
 
The employment open day is scheduled to start from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and requires participants to bring the original ID and CV.
 
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation runs the open recruitment days it organizes with its partners in the public and private sectors through 4 stages which include the vocational guidance stage aimed at educating the job seeker about the importance of the target sector and the jobs offered and ensuring readiness for the job interview. The following stage is the registration of job seekers through a smart system that allows each job seeker to choose job opportunities from the vacancies offered, followed by the stage of preparing the job seeker for the job interview, which is the final stage.
