Private sector’s Eid Al Fitr holidays from Ramadan 29 through Shawwal 3
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has announced that the period from Ramadan 29 through Shawwal 3, 1441 will be a paid holiday for all employees of UAE private sector establishments and companies marking the Eid Al Fitr.
This came in a circular issued by H.E. Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, in implementation of the federal decree-law no. 11 for 2017 entitling the Cabinet some powers and of the Cabinet’s decision as regards the agenda of the official holidays approved for 2019-2020.
Marking this occasion, Al Hamli extended his sincerest congratulations and blessings to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may Allah protect him, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may Allah preserve him, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates.
He also congratulated the UAE government, citizens and residents on this occasion, praying to Allah to bring more progress and prosperity to the UAE as well as the Arab and Islamic countries
