MOHRE discusses with business service centres the challenges in developing their work system

His Excellency Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE), and a group of Ministry leaders discussed with the owners of businessmen services centres the challenges faced by these centres and the development of their services for clients.

This came during a meeting held at the MOHRE office in Dubai as part of the regular communication between the ministry and its private sector partners.

During the meeting, His Excellency stressed that the Ministry is keen to listen to different points of view and consider the proposals of the owners of business service centres in order to develop the work system in line with the objectives and vision of the UAE government, which aims to increase the country's competitiveness.

He pointed out that business service centres need to respond to the challenges of rapid digital transformation to meet the needs of customers and satisfy them in a way that is in line with the government's policies regarding the development of the services offered.

Al-Awar explained that the ministry aims to provide all possible resources and facilities to develop the work of these centres in a way that enhances the competitiveness of Emirati cadres working for them, in accordance with the specific responsibilities and relevant applicable legal systems.

The meeting was attended by Saif Al-Suwaidi, Undersecretary for Human Resources Affairs, Maher Al-Obed, Assistant Undersecretary for Inspection Affairs, Aisha Belharfia, Assistant Undersecretary for Labour Affairs, Noura Al-Marzouqi, Assistant Undersecretary for Policies and Strategy, and a number of Ministry stakeholders.

The meeting discussed ways and mechanisms to improve communication between the ministry and the owners of the business service centres, considered their suggestions and observations to ensure the strengthening of the system for developing services, and taking care of clients and facilitating their access to various services in an easy and accessible way.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that regular meetings will be held with the owners of the business service centres and studying all their suggestions, which would lead to the development of the working system in these centres, especially in terms of allowing the owners of these centres to develop their operational evidence, provide services to government agencies, change their geographical locations and other ways that will support the competitiveness of these centres.
