 Objectives of the Digital Participation Policy

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) is committed to driving excellence in institutional performance and to enhancing service quality through a strong and innovative digital presence. The Ministry aims to facilitate communication with all segments of the community and engage with them professionally and effectively in an effort to meet their expectations and ensure their satisfaction.

 

Objectives of Digital Participation

  • Improving Services: Gathering public opinions and expectations through digital platforms to enhance services and policies.
  • Enhancing Transparency: Publishing the results of surveys and consultations in a format that enables the public to easily access and download them.
  • Facilitating Communication: Providing effective and accessible channels to foster public engagement and increase interaction.

 

MoHRE affirms its commitment to listening to feedback and suggestions from the public and encourages everyone to contribute to the development of services and policies transparently and professionally.

 

Digital Participation Policy

This policy aims to establish rules and guidelines for using digital sharing tools, in order to regulate discussions and ensure objectives are met. It also governs the publication of content on social media platforms in accordance with official regulations related to information security and MoHRE’s policies.

 

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all topics, opinions, and surveys published through the digital participation tools MoHRE provides, including the website and smartphone applications, and covers all departments under the Ministry’s umbrella.

 

Digital Participation Tools

The Ministry provides a range of digital tools to strengthen public engagement, including:

  • Opinion polls: To gather opinions on Emiratisation and labour market issues.
  • Customer satisfaction surveys: To measure the effectiveness and quality of services.
  • Live chat: To provide real-time, round-the-clock responses to public inquiries.
  • Feedback forms: To receive comments from the public with an option to respond directly.
  • Social media platforms: (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to share news, events, and engage with the public.
  • Complaints and suggestions system: To receive feedback from the public, which helps improve service quality.
  • Emailers: For distributing newsletters and useful information.
  • The ‘Share Your Opinion’ platform: A digital channel enabling the public to participate in decisions related to services and policies.

 

Empowering People of Determination

MoHRE is committed to ensuring accessibility and meaningful participation for People of Determination, by offering features such as:

  • Text magnification
  • Text-to-speech
  • Descriptions for non-text content
  • Keyboard-based website navigation
  • Speech-to-text input

 

Moderation Policy

The Ministry welcomes public participation and comments, provided they avoid publishing content that violates laws or public values, including:

  • Compromising national security or unity
  • Incitement, defamation, or violations of privacy
  • Insulting religions or national symbols
  • Sharing classified or illegal information

Policy Review and Updates

MoHRE reserves the right to update the Digital Participation Policy without prior notice. Participation via the Ministry’s digital platforms is considered implicit agreement with the policy.
