Objective: As part of the UAE government's ongoing efforts to enhance labor market efficiency and develop national human capital, this consultation aims to engage citizens, job seekers, employees from both public and private sectors, and representatives of institutions in identifying key priorities related to employment policies, training programs, and Emiratisation initiatives in the upcoming federal participatory budget. The consultation focuses on collecting feedback and suggestions that support national talent, improve job attractiveness, and ensure the sustainability of employment opportunities across various sectors. Target Group: • Job seekers • Employees in public and private sectors • Recent graduates • Representatives of institutions and companies • Stakeholders in HR and employment affairs Decision Making: The consultation responses will be analyzed by specialized teams at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. The feedback and suggestions will be considered during the development of the resource allocation plans for employment and professional development in the federal budget, in line with Emiratisation policies and future labor market trends in the UAE.
