Based on the keenness of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to involve the public in developing and improving its services and policies, topics are periodically raised on the website sharik.ae

Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme

Description: The Government of the United Arab Emirates has launched the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme in an effort to streamline government procedures and do away with unnecessary requirements and conditions, following directives from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai. The Programme aims to cancel 2,000 government procedures, reduce the time required for completing processes by 50%, and eliminate all redundant and unnecessary requirements, all in line with a clear vision to make life easier for individuals.

For its part, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) is committed to ensuring the immediate implementation of the Programme's requirements and achieving its objectives. With that in mind, the Ministry urges its customers and all members of the community to be part of the efforts to achieve zero bureaucracy, and to help develop the MoHRE's services, by sharing their feedback and suggestions regarding any services that could benefit from additional streamlining and fewer procedures and requirements. The goal is to identify opportunities for improvement and transform time-consuming and requirement-heavy procedures into integrated, simplified, and swift government processes.
