The ministry carried out outsourcing operations for the services provided through its strategic partners. This helped reduce the ministry's main expenses such as salaries and assets through:

• Providing domestic worker services through Domestic Workers Services Centers
• Providing permit and licensing services through Businessmen Services Centers
• Providing workload estimation services through TAQYEEM service centers
• Providing awareness services about the provisions of labor law for employees and employers through Guidance and Counseling Centers
• Providing services to customers wherever they are through TAWSEEl mobile service centers
