This service is available to employers and national employees, in the event that one of the parties to the employment relationship breaches its contractual obligations.

Conditions & Requirements

  1. The employee must be registered in the Ministry's database

  1. It is not possible for the same employee to have a pending complaint or a dispute brought to court unless the employment relationship is ongoing or if the employee wishes to cancel the work permit.

  1. Non-registered individuals: must be a UAE national working in a free zone establishment or a similar organization
