A service that can be applied for by the employer, or the employee (or both) to resume the process of canceling the work permit of the emploee whose case was transferred to the Labour Court

  1. The employee must be registered in the Ministry's System

  1. An Existing labour complaint that is transferred to Labour Court, and an active Work Permit

  1. No "Absence from Work" Complaint against the employee

    • veridect issued (Court ruling document)

    • active case (certificate with the complaint's case status, along with court ruling if available)
