It is a service provided by the Ministry for owners who wants to cancel the employment agency license (cancellation of an establishment)

Conditions & Requirements

  1. Changing the status of employees within (15) days from the date of cancelation decree notice

  1. Payment of all fines and penalties imposed (if any), otherwise, the Bank Guarantee or the Insurance will be liquidated if the Licensee fails to pay the fines resulting from violations.
