The ministry carried out outsourcing operations for the services provided through its strategic partners. This helped reduce the ministry's main expenses such as salaries and assets through:
- Providing domestic worker services through TADBEER service centers
- Providing permit and licensing services through TAS'HEEL service centers
- Providing workload estimation services through TAQYEEM service centers
- Providing awareness services about the provisions of labor law for employees and employers through TAWJEEH service centers
- Providing services to customers wherever they are through TAWSEEl mobile service centers
