MOHRE Signs MoU with Dubai Based Company to Provides 400 Job Opportunities in “Telework” system in Ras al-Khaimah
Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) has signed a MoU with IIDL Group to provide 400 job opportunities for UAE citizens to work for the group in “Telework” system.

It is schedule that the UAE citizens perform their work for the group in phases in telework system at Customer Happiness Center in Ras al-Khaimah. This came as implementation of the memorandum, which has been signed recently in the headquarters of the Government Accelerators, in attendance of HE Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation and senior officials in both sides which are represented by Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi, MOHRE Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services Affairs and Viba Patnagar, the director of the group.
“IIDL” have offered 130 job opportunities in the first phase of the implementation of the memorandum during the two open recruitment days, organized by MOHRE at Ras al-Khaimah and is concluded today (Tuesday). It was held in cooperation with it MOHRE partners in the four targeted economic sector in the challenge of speeding up qualitative Emiratisation.
MOHRE Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services Affairs explained that the MoU comes as part of the ministry’s implementation of the initiative of “Innovative employment”, which arises from telework centers, in a series of initiatives aim at providing the appropriate jobs to Emirati citizen.
He pointed out that the MoU would allow appropriate job opportunities to work nearby their housing in Ras al-Khaimah. That would help them to avoid the suffering of daily commute from Dubai, headquarter of the group, back and forth.
“A group of citizens who are registered in the Emiratisation portal of MOHRE will be nominated to be interviewed by the concerned parties in ILDL Group in preparation for selecting those who meet the requirements and conditions of the available job for the group in sales, customer service, quality, and other related jobs”, Al Nuaimi said.
After signing the MoU, he added that the group will sign contracts with the selected Emirati citizens and they are to get many privileges, in addition to registering them in the system of General Pension & Social Security Authority.
Al Nuaimi praised the interaction of “IIDL” with Emiratisation plans and programs, implemented by the Ministry in partnership with the private sector.
He asserted that MOHRE is ready to sign the MoU with companies of the private sector which want to employ citizens according to telework system, especially that the Ministry will incur the operating costs by preparing the centers where citizens do their work. That would have a positive impact on companies and job seekers at the same time.
Viba Patnagar, the director of the ”IIDL” group She was pleased to sign the MoU, especially the group is taking great interest in supporting the governmental efforts related to Emiratisation file in the private sector by enhancing common areas of work with MOHRE.
“Emirati citizens who will be employed on phases will work in the call center of the group at telework center, provided by the Ministry at Customer Happiness Center in Ras al-Khaimah”, she clarified. “Those citizens will contribute through their work in bringing success to the plans of the group aim at enhancing performance and using the innovate technology.”
MOHRE have signed 2 MoUs as part of the ministry’s implementation of the Telework initiative. 10 citizens got work at (Emirates Islamic Bank) through the telework center, provided by MOHRE at Customer Happiness Center in Khor Fakkan. The other MoU stated that 225 citizens are to be employed by Data Direct Group, where they will do their work in the same center.
