The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization is pleased to announce that it has stopped receiving customers, as a result of precautionary measures to tackle the Crohna virus.

In line with the directives of our government and as part of the precautionary measures taken to protect you The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announces , we are sorry to announce that customer happiness centres and TAWTEEN  centres will be closed to customers  starting from sunday 29 March 2020 until further notice.

While Centres are temporarily closed, customers can access all  services online through our smart channel(s).
