Al Hamli affirmed that the honoring by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, of the winners of the second edition of the Happiness and Positivity Heroes medals reflected the limitless support provided by the UAE wise leadership for the national human resources working in the government sector to give free rein to their creativity and do their best to provide excellent services to customers and make them happy.
This was announced during the annual Suhoor that the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation organized for its employees in Dubai recently in the presence of the ministry’s senior officials.
During his speech, Al Hamli valued the efforts of the ministry’s staff in all its organizational units to provide high quality services that meet the aspirations of customers and make them happy in line with the standards and objectives of the National Happiness and Positivity Program and the relevant UAE Vision 2021.
He underlined the ministry’s keenness on developing the skills of its employees and supporting them for the ministry to provide its services in accordance with the highest relevant government standards.
The ministry is proud of its Happiness and Positivity Heroes for the great and highly commendable efforts they exerted, he said, noting that the ministry has more happiness and positivity heroes who do their utmost to make customers happy
The ministry’s employees received Happiness and Positivity Heroes medals as part of the Ministry of Happiness and Wellbeing’s bid to honor frontline employees at customer happiness centers, spread concepts of positive work among government staff and take customer happiness culture to higher levels into a daily practice at government entities for the ultimate goal of providing the best services worldwide and achieving the objectives of the National Happiness and Positivity Program for promoting the wellbeing of the society.
During the Suhoor ceremony, two short films were shown about the day-to-day work journey of the honored employees including their assignments and multiple efforts to make customers happy and meet their aspirations.
The ceremony also included other entertaining activities that provided an atmosphere of happiness and positivity among all the attendees and participants.
