New Year’s Day: MoHRE announces 1st January 2024 paid holiday for private sector employees

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has announced that Monday, 1 January 2024, will be an official paid holiday for UAE workers in the private sector on New Year’s Day.

The decision is in line with the UAE Cabinet Resolution regarding approved public holidays for the government and private sectors.
