His Excellency Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization, discussed with His Excellency Imran Ahmad MP, Minister of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment of Bangladesh, ways to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries in the field of manpower.

During the meeting held at the ministry's office in Dubai, both sides reiterated their common interest in enhancing bilateral relations in the field of manpower to achieve mutual benefits.

The controls and mechanisms for recruiting manpower in the country's labour market and safeguarding the rights of all parties at all stages of the temporary employment relationship were also discussed, in light of the UAE Labour Relations Law and the UAE Domestic labour Law, which guarantee the rights of both parties to the employment relationship in a balanced manner.

The meeting was attended by Khalil Khoury, Acting Undersecretary for Human Resources Affairs, Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary for Communication and International Relations, Dr. Dr Ahmed Munirus Saleheen, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Oversees Employment of Bangladesh, and Muhammad Abu Jaafar, Bangladesh Ambassador to the UAE.
