As a recruitment center for domestic workers, you must respect the following principles and commit to ensuring that the following are not practiced or don't occur during the two phases of recruitment and employment of domestic workers.
- Discriminating between workers based on race, color, sex, religion, political opinion, national origin, or social origin in a way that violates the rule of equality between them
- Sexual harassment of the worker whether verbal or physical
- Forced labor and any exercise that falls within the scope of human trafficking, in accordance with the laws or conventions enacted or ratified by the State.
- Recruiting or employing a worker under the age of 18 years of age.
- The commitment to deal only with the licensed entities and offices in the labor-sending country, along with submitting what proves your direct responsibility for the worker’s payment of any sums of money as a commission, to facilitate his/her coming to work in the country (according to the Executive Regulations), unless the employer specified for you the name of the worker he/she wants to recruit.
- Developing and providing the records required by the Ministry and organizing them as decided by the Ministry in this regard.
