Companies in the private sector with 50 or more employees are required to achieve 2% annual growth of Emirati employees in skilled positions
Companies with 20 - 49 employees
Companies in the private sector with 20 - 49 employees in specified economic activity sectors are required to recruite at least 1 UAE national employee and retain those already employed.
